Join Ladder & Thread Productions in the first week of the July school holidays on a magical quest where you will meet a boastful father, his brave daughter, a greedy king, a mysterious imp, and maybe even a yeti at the historic Oratia Settlers’ Hall in Oratia. An original retelling of a beloved classic, this innovative theatre adventure features live music, physical theatre, puppetry, and gold galore. Performed by professional actors, Rumpelstiltskin has been devised with children aged 3 to 10 in mind, but will charm children and adults alike! The show is a perfect school holiday activity, tailored for children who see theatre often or as a great first step for those who have never experienced the delight of a live theatre show. Auckland Council Creative Communities have kindly supported the show. Wed July 8 – Sat July 11: 2 shows daily: 10.30 am and 1 pm $13 per ticket or 4 for $45 Under 2’s free on a paying adult’s knee.
